| I am an ex-physician, ex-felon, ex-Army Major, writer, and dedicated friend of Bill W. Due to the demanding 'Mistress' of Medicine, I never really took the time to explore any other talents until my involuntary sabbatical of a 6 year prison term. It was during that time that I reached into my core and found that I could write, draw, paint, and that I had permission to live Life for real. I am 58 years old, out of prison now for 2 years. I work as a security guard for a college and stand on the brink of a teaching position at the same school. I firmly believe that nothing in this life happens by accident, that all of one's life experiences will be used, both for the enjoyment of life and for the sharing of the same.
